Quency helps you show up for the people you love. If something is not working, or you cannot find what you need, write to us at and describe what happened. A person reads it.
Getting started
Quency asks for one name, finds that person in your contacts, and catalogues their birthday and star sign. You add as many people as you want to keep up with, and Quency tells you when their day is coming.
Quency needs access to your contacts to find the people you name. It never messages anyone for you, and it never sells your data.
Reminders
Quency reaches you 30, 14 and 7 days before a date, and again on the day itself, for birthdays and for every other date you save.
Reminders arrive as notifications. If they stop arriving, check that notifications are allowed for Quency in your phone's Settings.
Loved ones, and what the subscription opens
Quency is free for five loved ones.
The subscription opens everyone past the fifth, your Astro Circle, and reminders for every date you save. It is $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year.
To change or cancel, use your phone's own subscription settings. On iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android, the Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves you with what you already paid for.
Cards
You can write a real card and have it printed and mailed for you. You choose the face, write the words, give the address, and pick the day it mails.
Card mailing is available in the United States at launch.
A single card is $12.99. A five-pack is $55, which is $11 a card, plus tax. Cards are bought separately from the subscription.
Changing a date, or a person
Open the person from Loved Ones and edit them there. Anything you have saved about someone lives on their profile, including their address and the dates that matter to them.
Deleting your account
Open Quency, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. Quency asks twice, and the second answer deletes the account. Deletion removes your loved ones, your dates, your drafts and your settings.
If you no longer have the app installed, write to and we will delete the account for you.
freQ
freQ is the part of Quency that will help you decide how to show up, not just when. It is COMING NEXT, and it does nothing yet.
